| Well, what can I say about A&B Music! Man, you really came through for me today, Amy you even got me `the boss` and the poor guy had to come down 3 times! That is commitment, and talk about 'customer service' - I was so grateful, and please make sure Mr. Barrow knows how much I appreciate it.

I visited your Sheraton outlet, purchased two Magicjacks - one for my home and the other for my son in Jamaica. I was very impressed by the excellent service provided by Ms. Kinch. I experienced some problems with the installation and although Ms.Kinch tried to assist me over the phone i was not able to resolve the problem. She suggested that i contact you, which i did, i was pleasantly surprised by your willingness to assist and surprised by your offer to visit my home to assist with the installation. You determined that the problem was with the computer and you succesfully installed the MagjicJack on my other computer. I have just spoken to my daughter in Canada. The reason for my depth of my appreciation to you can be understood as you have really demonstrated what service is all about. Today much is said in Barbados about NISE, but i believe those involved in that initiative can really learn from you and Ms.Kinch. Again my heartfelt thanks, and you can be assured that i will be spreading the benefits of MagicJack and the outstanding service that your company provides. - Errol Whyte |
